Very unprofessional and need retrain on patient care and delivery all the office staff especially the manager of the office. Whom pick to fill the shoes as the office manager but dont know how to treat the patients or the provide effective patient delivery!Review from Keirston U

They physically pulled my 5 year old up on the bed roughly without any acknowledgment that he was going to do so his shoulders were droop down laying on the headrest, he did not need to put his hands at all on my son he could of ask him to scoot up. They did not look at my referral letter that showed what was wrong with my sons teeth, which showed three cavities then they began to tell me he had eight cavities that needed drilled and filled which he doesn't he only has three, then began to tell me that he grinds his teeth so they wanted to put a certain type of cap on some of his teeth which he does not grind his teeth at all and I told them this and they still began to tell me that he does so they can put these certain type of caps on his teeth, to me it sounds like trying to get insurance money using a child.
