My Honda Ridgeline was towed to ****s Automotive in November of 2022 by my husband, Kevin Grebetz. This business was beyond unprofessional, untimely, and abusive during the time they had my vehicle. They returned my vehicle on June 30, 2023 with more lights on than when the vehicle was towed there and charged far more for services than the market average. The vehicle is still not running properly and will have to be taken to another shop for proper repairs. I have included the receipt of services I picked up today after Jennifer, the receptionist, denied providing me with one on June 30th. I have also included the picture of the lights that are showing there are still issues with the vehicle, the VTM-4 was not on prior to the vehicle being taken to ****s. The vehicle was supposed to be repaired for the engine light that is still on. The receptionist screamed, cursed, and hung up on me several times when inquiring about my vehicle. The owners, Josh and Candace ****, refused to communicate with me, would not return calls, messages, or visits. I do not want anyone else treated this way however, this place has been a big topic around town with them treating other this way as well.
