After initial phone conversations, we (******** and *******************) signed a contract with Full Circle Estate Sales(*******************************) in *******,** on October 14,2020. The contract was for the removal and offsite consignment sale of various furniture and household items from our residence located in *******, **. Full Circle removed the items in November,2020 prior to the Thanksgiving holiday.We had no further contact from ********************** until after I emailed him on 06/22/2021 and phoned him on 06/29/2021. During our phone conversation, he indicated that he would settle our account and pay us after the next upcoming sale scheduled the week after July 4,2021.Again, there was no further contact from **********************, so I started trying to reach him by phone on 08/13/2021. Since then I began calling several times (1-3) weekly but he purposely does not answer (use of caller i.d.) any of my calls or return my messages. If needed, I can provide a detailed call log showing the date and frequency of my calls.We received an email from ********************** on 09/14/21 with his rationale and apology for not paying us. The next sale was scheduled for the weekend following 09/14/2021 and he indicated that he would pay us on Monday 09/20/2021. Since then, we have heard nothing from him regarding payment, I continue to call weekly, but as I indicated, I know that he is using caller id to purposely avoid contact with us.This has become very frustrating and it does not reflect well on Full Circle Estate Sales. We have used other consignment shops prior to this experience and this is not reflective of a good business model.
