Friday Sept 9, my last visit, last week, I complained that th8s year alone four times my prescriptions had come late 4 times. This does not count the previous two years for which I have complained numerous times. I believe this is unreasonable. The doctor I have even told me once that one mistake early on when my prescription was changed without talking to me, that his nurse had changed it, not him, and that she had been fired. Not true. His name Dr. Jack S******. I have on numerous occasions tried to call main BA office to have a recording tell me that office is closed. This has happened during their normal business hours. I and my pharmacy have left messages in regard to missing prescriptions and never gotten calls back. I talked to owner Drs once and he took it seriously, and all I asked last week was to talk to him again. On Monday they told me to expect a letter that I was dropped. I believe it is my right to complain, and that this punishment is extreme as I have never abused my medications, and I believe HIPPA laws allow me to voice a complaint without action against me.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/30) */ Unfortunately, we cannot directly address this complaint on this platform due to the fact that it would be considered a HIPAA violation. We cannot even confirm or deny that the complaint was submitted by a patient of ours as that would be considered a HIPAA violation as well. I would request that the complainant contact me directly.
