I have made several attempts for this company to quit sending us marketing pieces in the mail. They will respond to my emails but will not remove me from their marketing list. I've provided a picture of the 3 emails I've sent to them.Business response

Thank you for your supporting documentation regarding your request for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa to stop sending marketing collateral to your attention via mail. In reviewing the documentation it appears that communication was being made with Hard Rock International's Global Data Protection & Risk Office. While we are branded with HRI, your player account is not directly linked to the Hard Rock Tulsa property. We do want apologize again for the delayed response and bringing to our attention that our contact listed for BBB complaints wasn't up to date and will be going forward.
