In December, 2022, we elected to have Experius LED Signs put up a billboard on our property. They connnected ** with ***************** for financing. ****************** gave Experius LED Signs $147,840 for the sign (nothing came through us). In January 2023, due to permitting regulations and another billboard within 750 feet, MO DOT states the sign cannot be put up on our property. We do not have the sign, but Experius LED has the $147,000. They will not refund *****************. We are on the hook with *****************, so they are expecting a payment every month from us. In August 2023, Experius LED Signs agreed through a written contract that they would pay us every month so we could pay *****************. They stopped making that payment January ****. We receive notices each month from ********* to pay back this loan. There is no collateral because we do not have the sign. ************************* from Experius LED Signs has not paid and will not respond to emails or phone calls.Customer response
