Purchased a head stone for my wifes grave. ****** has not responded to any of my emails, texts or phone calls. Purchased in May 2023, on Oct 10th spoke with her. She told me the headstone was cracked in transit and I would receive another one in 30 days. The business has a note saying appointments by text only. Her voicemail is over a year old saying she was on a cruise and would return in March. I do not believe an order for the headstone was ever sent. I wish to have my $1500 refunded so I can purchase another from a different company.Initial Complaint

We paid ******** for half the cost of our mom and dad's headstone. We have a contract that started on October 8, 2021. We have been waiting for the headstone all of this time. ******, the owner has had an excuse every time I called. Now, she is not answering at all. We recently lost our dad and brother. We asked ****** to add our dad and sent all the paperwork. That was last year. We do not know what to do at this time. We have waited so long and spent a lot of money on something special. This should not be allowed any longer. We either want a refund or the headstone in the next couple of weeks.Initial Complaint

After going in the store to pick a headstone for my daughter on April 21, I never received a proof to sign. I called multiple times, and kept getting told to hold out, it should be there by then end of the week, for 4 weeks. I called saying Im frustrated that its been over a month and I still dont have a mock up, that I needed it ASAP or I will be using another company (at this time ****** never mentioned a contract that I signed, and I dont remember signing one, although I dont remember most of that day). She said I would get the proof by the end of the day, and then I had the hardest time getting ahold of them. Very rarely they would answer phone calls, and have a full VM box so I couldnt leave more than one message. I didnt hear from them again until May 30th, and I told them I am beyond frustrated and I do not want to continue with them, as Id like to have the headstone placed for my daughter by her first birthday. ****** was unprofessional, rude, and condescending, and said that if I insisted on a refund it would take a long time because they have to wait for approval from the granite company they ordered the stone from to cancel the order. She should not have ordered anything before I signed a proof, and I hadnt even seen it yet. I said I would wait and do not want to move forward, she never mentioned a contract at this time either. I could not get in contact with them for 6 weeks after that conversation, now almost 11 weeks after picking the headstone for her. Ive called, and gone into the office and it was closed up during business hours. Most recently when I talked with her she said she took her dad on a trip and she couldnt respond to anything, but I never got a call back after leaving more voicemails. Now shes saying I cant cancel because they ordered the stone and its on its way and I signed a contract. She finally sent the proof, which I will not approve. Reviews show shes done this to other families who paid in full as well.
