August 17 2022 evening I stopped into New Great Wall and Ordered Five meals and a appetizer costing 61.63$ . I do not live close by to this business but it was in passing and needed dinner for my family. Arrived home and began to eat food and noticed food wasn’t fresh or edible I had general chicken sesame chicken sweet and sour chicken and boneless ribs and pepper steak and onions all meals that included rice and a egg roll appetizer was full order of what they called crab Rangoon I was super upset the chicken you couldn’t bite it it was sauce less and old the rice was clumped in balls and discolored and hard old dry rice egg rolls and the cabbage filling was smelly and not edible and the rangoons were filled with Mayo no crab what so ever pepper steak wasn’t steak and sour onions and peppers , I called next morning August 18 2022 11:20am buisness opened at 11am I couldn’t call the night of the getting the food because it was closed by time I was home When I called lady picks up and it’s a family business so you’ll always get her on the line her husband is the cook and I asked her politely and told her my experience with their food she was rude hung up phone twice she told me she doesn’t know why food was bad and I can’t have new food or a refund , I just don’t think it’s fare good and e cost of living is bad and it’s hard to get a decent meal but one that is not edible isn’t okay and not to be corrected for a food businesses mistake to help customers isn’t okay either I just would like a refund and this place to really be looked into they know what food they are giving out and they will take your money and not care about the product that they are giving us this isn’t right at all
