diff dates occur, they informed me as a TX res i had 60 to get reg tags, tag agency in ** says 30 i brought 3 cars from them and was chg 3 late fees , **** late sales tx late fees , they should be accountable as they informed me 60 days not 30. Total came to $30.00 late fees, and ****** in sales tx late fees.Initial Complaint

On August 30th, 2023, I signed the purchase order for an Army Green, SR5, 4x4, Cremax 5.5 bed 2022 ****** Tundra. The transaction was made for the amount of $467,990. The condition of the vehicle was discussed over the phone and was described by the seller as a 2022 model with ****** miles of wear and tear. In the pictures provided by the salesperson (*****************************), the conditions seem to be ok and as described. Transaction was made and I needed to transport it to ******* ********, done on September 8 2023 by ****** transport arriving at *************** ******* on September 9, 2023, at 10:40 pm as accorder with driver. At that time I walked around the vehicle and looked ok. On 12 September my brother-in-law asked to help me clean and shine the truck. When I came home from work went to his house to pick it up and he told me to take a look at the hood and the roof and to my surprise, I found multiple dents on both areas. This was brought to the salesman's attention who asked me to take a video and send it to them. Long story short we talked after I went to get 2 quotes as they demanded. Their manager's answer was who was going to pay them if they repaired it then the person told me a story about how the truck was always under a roof (pictures don't support that) and that they asked the last owner for the condition and also he stated that the vehicle was in the lot way after the hail storm that they got on June 15, 2023, also mentioned that a storm was nearby my area during the day of transportation, that it might have happened then. All this was over the phone. I am a ******* sailor and it was very hard for me to get a leave approved so soon to go see this truck so I trusted them. The damages go over $5,000 I went through the pictures that were sent, more meticulously this time and I was able to find proof of dents being there before the transaction. In 2021 I bought a brand new **** F350 its a year 21 model. In early March the motor locked up in it suddenly out of the blue. It only has ****** miles on the truck **** has a ******* mile diesel motor warranty. Mid March I called them and they tell me to bring it down and they will get it in and look at it I have it towed down there for $300 is sit there for almost 2 months without them calling me one single time before they ever looked at it they finally get it in and order a brand new engine for it but still never called me once I had to call them to find out that they had finally looked at it and ordered a engine for it . It has been sitting in the parking lot this entire time it is my work truck Im having to rent a truck and they have not once offered any kind of assistance with anything. It is still sitting there as of today July 2 and they have not once said anything other than it is on back order and every time I call them they just tell me the exact same thing theres nothing they can do the motor is on back order as it sits there this whole time Im making a $1200 per month payment on it for absolutely nothing other than for it to sit there it went through a hail storm and they have not once called me or said anything about it being beat up by hail as it has been sitting outside all this time.
