This groomer also runs a doggy daycare. She was notified of a kennel cough outbreak but stayed open, accepting clients until the following Saturday when she shut down to clean properly. My dog came home with kennel cough, gave it to the other 3. She admits she knew she had an outbreak prior to my dog arriving for a grooming. All 4 dogs had to be seen by a vet and spent more than $400 for treatment. (please see attached)Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/06/21) */ We had a dog come from another boarding/doggie daycare/training facility. This dog showed no signs of kennel cough, nor had I been informed the dog was exposed or sick. The very next morning the owner had called and said her dog had a cough and had been informed by the other facility that there had been an outbreak. I then hung up the phone and called the veterinary office and talked to a vet tech there and asked what to do. She informed me on proper cleaning protocols. Which we put into place immediately. Each night we throw down bleach water and scrub the floors.. we mop up the water , wipe down and sanitize all the equipment, as well as go through the entire salon with a garden sprayer full of bleach water to spray down everything the animals come in contact with, as well as the walls and doors. **** ******* sent me a screenshot of her horribly rude review and demanded that I pay for her vet bill. Which I informed her that if she would of come and talk to me like a person that I would of been happy to. But instead she chose the latter. I also informer her that if her dogs were properly vaccinated then they wouldn't of gotten so ill. Her dogs came in each month with a untreated flea infestation as well.
