In October of 2022, I acquired the mineral rights previously belonging to the ****** and ************************* Trust. Teocalli Exploration LLC operates a well in which the Trust owned an interest. This needs to be transferred to me (titled to Blue ************* as the new mineral owner). Normally, I contact the operator, send the executed deed, and request an ownership transfer so that the operator starts paying me for the oil royalties. However, I have been unable to reach Teocalli Exploration LLC. Since November 2022, I have left multiple voicemail messages, but none have returned. I have sent an email that I found online with no response. I have also sent the Mineral and Royalty Deed (and transfer request) in the mail and have had no response. I don't know what else to do. I just need Teocalli Exploration LLC to review the deed and change their ownership decks to reflect me as the new owner so that I can start receiving oil and gas royalty checks. The Trust, which sold its interest, should not be receiving checks at this point (it's going to mess with their accounting). If Teocalli Exploration can contact me, I'm sure we can get this resolved easily.
