      I have attempted to contact the office several time in reference to accidentally paying for passes instead of a daily pass. I have contacted the phone number ******************** to speak with *****************************. This has been the most unprofessional experience, I have called and left voicemails. I want this fixed or numerous complaints will be filled. The visit to the facility were horrible , food was horrible drink machines were broken. We literally had to wait 20 minutes in line to get a drink. .By the time we got out line with our drink our food was cold and flys had been all over the food.

      I purchased a total of 5 season passes from this establishment, specifically ********** in ******* *******, 3 during spring break and 2 during summer break. We had an issue during our summer visit and we filed a complaint with the business. *************** spoke with me on several occasions and promised me a refund of the 2 passes purchased during the summer yet he has not followed through with the refund. I called the corporate office about a month later to get this resolved and I have yet to hear back from them either. At this time I am requesting a refund for all 5 passes as we did not get to use them but once due to the issue during our second visit that was never resolved. Please refund my money you treated me and my family poorly and have yet to stand by your word and we don't intend to return to your establishment ever due to this. I sent an email and a phone call was returned and although *** promised to email me with this information he never did which leads me to believe there intentions were never to resolve this issue amicably. Please refund all of my money as this behavior and the level of customer service we received during and after the incident has been horribly disappointing to say the least.
