6:48pm on July 24th 2024 business added in a tip for themselves on my credit card that I did not leave. I’ve reached out to the company over a dozen times are they refuse to respond or refund me.Initial Complaint

On Saturday August 3rd 2024 I went to the tipsy tiki bar with my sister and friend. I bought myself and my sister each a drink and a shot. We left after each only have one drink and one shot due to wait time. I authorized and signed the receipt for $37.52. They next morning I noticed they charged card an additional separate transaction of $14.60 that I did not autherise or approve. I have no idea why they made the additional separate transaction because I only made one order. I left a google review and upon doing so noticed several other reviews where they gave fraudulently charged peoples cards/left themselves additional unauthorized tips. I believe this is stealing/ scamming and I want them to be investigated or the public warned.
