On 10/19/2022 I created a mobile order using the Taco Bell app (order #******) at 8:24 pm. I arrived at Taco Bell at 8:30 pm and I went through the entire line. I get to the window and the employee told me to drive around to the front and park in front of a mobile order sign. I parked in front of the sign and kept waiting while they continued to help other customers that were behind me. They at least helped 10+ customers that were behind me. I observed the employees smoking outside and just talking to each other. At 9:00 pm I walked into the restaurant and I asked a lady ( the same lady that was smoking outside) about my order. She did not respond and then she went to the back and started working at the drive thru window. I was standing there waiting for her to give me a response and finally another employee asked if I needed help. I told him about the order and he responded and said "I'm going to be honest, It's going to be a fat minute. You may have to go to another location because they aren't going to get to it right away." I asked the employee if they could make it now and he told me that he already clocked out he was unable to make the order. He asked another employee if he could make the order while he was clocked out and the other employee said yes. I finally received my order after 45 minutes (at 9:15 pm) of waiting and by this time they've helped even more customers that were behind me. I get home and inspect my order. They did not give me one of my hard shell tacos. The soft taco supreme that I ordered was just a regular soft shell taco. The bean and rice burrito had very light filling. The nacho fries were very cold and they gave me a large portion of crumbs from the nacho fries. The beefy melt burrito was completely sloppy and inedible. I did not receive any sauce packets. After inspecting my food I trashed everything in fear of my food being sabotaged because it was clear that my food was purposefully messed with.
