Good Morning! I signed up for their physical trainer service. It was going great for a while but I could no longer make weekly appointments due to life changes and I need to cancel. I understand they have a cancelation policy and I'd pay extra but I just wanted to cancel to not pay more. I use their email contact on the website - no response. Its been at least a month, maybe more. Currently I am emailing them daily to no response. I am paying for a service i need to cancel and im being charged money that should be used as a cancellation fee or not at all. When I contact the person that helped sign me up he stated that all cancellations need to be done online. I am needing this to be resolved and hopeful that this route will get this achieved. Let me know if there is anything different I can do to get this resolved.Initial Complaint

Ive been using personal training through this company for over a year now. Since February I have been telling my trainers that Id like to stop my contract after a year and I was always told that it was fine and no one ever said anything. After the year was up I got charged again and was told by my trainer that the year must not have been up yet, which I had trusted. I then am told that I need to call them to cancel so I call Lighthouse Fitness and Im told that I need to make an appointment to come in to cancel. So I make the appointment which means that I have to pay for another month of personal training because I had to wait multiple days. When I go in to speak to the manager he tells me its a 30 day cancellation so Ill be charged again. I have not been told by anyone this entire time when I was informing them I want to cancel that there was a 30 day cancellation period and that he would try to get it removed because I had called to book the appointment earlier on. When I went back to speak to my trainer, I was informed I was actually supposed to cancel online and that going into the meeting wasnt necessary. In addition to this, the manager (*** at the South ***** location inside of 10 Gym) that I was forced to meet had texted me in December without my consent to tell me he had a crush on me, I was then told that this is not the first time something like this has occurred. They are now refusing to refund me or pick up the phone when we try to call to resolve the issue. I have been charged for 2 more months than I was contracted and they are attempting to charge me again for the month of July.Initial Complaint

I have contacted Lighthouse due to moving to help my parents with their after effects of COVID. I requested a cancellation of their services. I sent in my new license with my new address and they requested I sent them my mortgage forms or lease. After stating I will be staying with family so such things cannot be provided, this company ignored me, and my request for cancellation and then tried to charge me for two months. I requested again for cancellation, and they stated I needed to send in my mortgage information first. I cannot nor will not buy/ sign my parents house over to myself just to cancel this service. After explaining again that I do not have a mortgage or lease, they ignored my cancellation request. The nearest lighthouse service is over 4 hours away. Please cancel my subscription and wave the fees that where processed after my initial request since I have provided what I could and then ignored.
