This company advertises that it keeps pets and families safe. They did a horrible job on my fence, were totally unprofessional and because of their bad job my dog is not safe, she got out and hit by a car. It took them 3x's longer to do the fence then they originally quoted. The worker showed up at the end of the day and stayed until 11pm daily driving my neighbors crazy. They do not keep pets safe, and they do shotty work.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I asked this company to come out and give me an estimate. I explained to them how important this fence was to keep my Malamute in as she was starting to want to explore. I paid extra for the bottom bar to ensure my dogs would stay in the yard. Why on earth would they all allow a gap at the end, when I didnt even want a gap at bottom? When the worker they assigned my job was coming in late and driving me crazy, I have messages to my contractor with complaints, but nothing changed. I also have messages from him explaining he understands how important this fence is to keep my dogs in and the delay in getting the fence back up. In their reply to me, they state that he was ******* on the fence. I purchased a product to keep my dogs in and you did not deliver that product in any way. Before I gave the contractor my check, he came and inspected the fence. So this is not only on the worker. When I emailed my contractor on Saturday about the issue with the fence and that my dog was deceased, they did come out and fix my chain link fence with wood panels - not acceptable. I want a full refund of my fence, the price of my dog and vet bills totaling $6,146. The product I purchased in no way did as intended, if I would have gone with another company my dog would still be here.

We have apologized to the customer for the late night work and have given condolences for the loss of her dog to which she replied that she didnt want to hear anything like that. We have also offered an allowance to the customer to have another company fix the area previously repaired by us, in a manner she felt was more appropriate. In addition, we offered to pay any vet bills incurred as a result of the incident, as well as, the actual cost of the dog after she had provided us with those bills and records of disposal. To date, we have still not received any proof of loss other than pictures of a dog and the area she describes as the point in which the dog(s) escaped. In light of these attempts to remedy and no actual proof of loss with permission to verify, we respectfully decline the customers request for the return of her money on the fence.
