I lost several shrubs from the prolonged freeze that killed a lot of trees and shrubs. In the spring I had the dead shrubs replaced by Specialty Landscaping. One of the replaced shrubs did not make it. I contacted Specialty Landscaping and told them about the replaced shrub that did not survive. I was told that it would be replaced. Since then Specialty Landscaping has become Augusta Lawn Care. I spoke with them on several occasions and was told that the shrub would be replaced without charge. The replacement was scheduled to happen today. I get a phone call at 2:56 PM notifying me that the shrub would not be replaced unless I purchased a replacement shrub. They told me that for a warranty on a shrub to be valid it had to be within 120 days. I had an email from last October concerning replacing the shrub but that date was outside the 120 days. I told them that they needed to stand by their word and replace the shrub. They refuse to replace it.
