We used their service for my SIL who is developmentally disabled and lives in a group home. She wasn't going to move a desk as it was to be replaced with a new dresser. They agreed to drop off the desk at a nearby salvation army (we only needed to pay for the extra time). That was great - EXCEPT - they failed to empty the contents of the desk prior to dropping it off. After some back and forth they agreed to pay us $100 for the contents. However, we have been waiting over 2 months and still don't have the reimbursement. Have sent several email reminders.Review from Mary R

I became a victim of mover fraud with this company. I contracted them to move 7 items from my 95-year old mother's house which they did move but then kept a coffee table (that I had not requested be moved but they offered to move it and I accepted). My mom asked where the coffee table was and I gave 'Two Men and a Truck' the benefit of the doubt and assumed they had just forgotten and left it at her house - WRONG!! Went back to her old house and discovered it wasn't there either. I called the mover and he CLAIMED (falsely) that I had offered to give him the table!!! I told him I would NEVER do that because it was NOT MINE to give away -- it belongs to my mom!! Also, when we went back to her house, some antique ******* that belonged to my grandmother was boxed up and shoved into a corner (like maybe they were going to come back later and get it or something???). It also had a cloth item laying on top of the box (like to identify it or something?) It was one of the last items packed and should have been "out the door". Also, all items to be moved were in the front room. The movers accessed ANOTHER room of the house, unnecessarily and without my permission. When I questioned them why, they just said they "wanted to see what was there". They also broke a glass globe on a lamp that belonged to a pair of lamps my brother had given to our mom. They also offered me an opportunity to rent a UHAUL and let them move stuff but stipulated, "Just don't tell the company." The mover said he would bring back the table but I had to "screw around with" his lack of a firm commitment to bring back on three occasions and it caused me and my mom to miss a very important event that she was looking forward to and may not be healthy enough to ever do again. I got a call from BOTH supervisors BEFORE I knew what had happened and, in my ignorance, gave them a good review. After I learned what happened, a police report was filed and a resultant "no trespass" citation issued for both addresses. Two Men and a Truck Response

We take statements like this very seriously and wish to speak in detail about this. We have no record of these issues other then the lamp damage, which we reached out the day of and after move to resolve. We do a initial walk through house which was initialed and final walk through upon completion which was also initialed. We provide walk throughs to make sure everything that goes is in fact moved. No fraud was committed by Two Men And A Truck. Sounds like a box was left and a misunderstanding about a coffee table which as a company and employer we want to get better understanding by all parties. We would like the opportunity to resolve. If the only person contacted was the mover then management would have no record of these above mentioned issues other then the lamp damage.. We do care about every individual and their items and always aim to resolve. Only issue we were made aware of was that of a lamp shade which was discussed on 12/14 03:41 pm and then followed up again on 12/15/2022 08:55 am for resolution to be had. All other notes and calls state guys did a "great job". However, your concerns our also our concerns for our staff are fulltime employees and not day laborers so we do not allow moonlighting nor theft. We take these matters and accusation extremely seriously. Please contact our management at ************ as soon as possible so we can set a formal claim for these additional accusations as well as the original lamp damage as we had already begun the claim process on lamp. We look forward to resolving your issuesReview from M. C.

Awful! I would highly recommend using anyone else. They sent 3 men and it still took them 8 hours. They were so slow and handled 1 lamp at a time. My husband and i did most of the heavy lifting and work. They forgot/left several big items they wrapped at the old house. They left our fridge on their truck for days then finally dumped it off on my front porch, they broke so many things and refuse to pay for replacements. They broke all of our dishes because they slammed the box down, they broke the bed frame, our Nanit camera, etc. They have been horrible at responding to any emails and they are not trying to make things right. We spent $1500 for the worst move ever. I will never use them again and i will tell anyone who asks me NOT to use them. Very disappointing!!!Two Men and a Truck Response

We apologize for the inconveniences with this move & understand your frustration. We followed up day after move to see how everything went. We continued communication for resolutions. We did reimburse for Nanit cam back on 8/11. We were then contacted as if we didnt refund when it had been processed and e-mail sent to provide reassurance. We also unfortunately are not responsible for items packed by customer including dishes, for we dont know the contents or manner in which they were packed. We thought this was all resolved with signed satisfaction of resolution. We offer packing services so that we can be fully responsible for items and how they are packed. We have responded to communications even recently as Monday 8/15/2022. We must stand by our policies and know we have done all we can to resolve your issues from beginning. We even offered a list to be filled out to provide to insurance but that was never received. Release of liabilities were signed and agreed upon before relocation of certain items including packed by owner boxes. You are absolutely entitled to your opinion and feelings on our policies and process but these are industry standard. A signed pre move letter educating customer on said policies in writing was returned signed before move transpired so that there would be least amount of confusion as possible. We have done everything we can to resolve complaint and we placed mini fridge on porch at your request since you would not be home. We offered to return when someone was there to assist in house but that was declined. We were never notified of items being left behind and all documents were signed showing work was complete with satisfaction. Please contact us directly at ************ if there additional issues yet to be discussed. We wish you the absolute best and well wishes!Customer Response

It's been over a month and a half and still no reimbursement for the ONE item out of several. I've hounded you and get nothing. This is absurd. It is good to know for anyone reading that they will finally respond promptly when you leave a bad review. Don't let them fool you. Your company has horrible customer service after doing an awful job they were hired to do.
