I purchased a Game system (PS4) from GameStop location in Lawton, OK. After having the system for about 2months i went to trade the system in and was told i could not because there were dead bugs(roaches) inside the console. I informed them that i purchased the console in that condition l and they told i was to return it at the location in which i bought it. I called customer service and was told they could not help me. I went in to the original store location for the return and was given a much further depreciation value for the return. I purchased the item with warranty for $283 and was only given $108 in return. I am seeking help because they would not let me return the item for full price even though the defect was on the gaming system at time of purchase. Having bugs inside an item could have possibly affected mine or my families health and a depreciated value should be unacceptable. I am looking for other possible solutions to prevent it in the future or have this one resolved further.
