Subject: White color 2014 ******* Sonata, VIN: ***************** Miracles Towing and Collision has the subject vehicles at their possession and will not release the vehicle to Auto Market, the sole owner of the subject vehicle.

We have no problem releasing this vehicle just there is money owed on this vehicle and cannot be released until the money that is owed is paid in full and the lean holder must conduct themselves in a professional manner.Customer response

1- Is the vehicle fully repaired? If so, is it drivable or do we need to bring a tow truck to get our vehicle back.2- What is the exact amount that is owed after insurance paid Miracles Collision?3- Give us a time frame and date so we can pick up our vehicle as soon as possible.Thank you!Auto Market
