06/05/2022 I took my semi truck to get work done it had 3 engine lights on and needed a temperature sensor changed we informed them of this , the truck sat for 3 days with no contact we called multiple numbers and were not able to get an answer on June 8th we got a call the truck was done we were charged $536.31 to just regen that only takes 45 minutes the truck and labor they charged 3 hours , we left pickup a load drove 40 miles all engine lights came back on we took it back to the same shop and was told it was a much more expensive part that needed to be replaced, we asked to see the codes pulled from the prior visit and were told it was no longer available, we called another mechanic to find out that it was indeed a temperature sensor that needed to be replaced and that we were scammed . The people working here are working on semis without any knowledge of what they are doing and ripping people off. We payed them over $500 only for them to clear codes and not actually do there job
