We drove several hours to look at a camper and it was completely misrepresented and had non working components that was told it work. Had water damaged that was not disclosed in the tour of it. The owner wasn’t even there when we looked at. Never do business with these people.Initial Complaint

01-29-2022 *************** purchased an ** 3402RL ******** ******* 4ydf34022e4701789. *************** was at All Seasons ** dealership 1-week prior to purchase when owner of dealership **** Collins agreed to thoroughly inspect the ** for any problems prior to purchase because the ** had just came onto the Dealerships ** lot for sale. *************** and ********************* came back to All Season ** to purchase the ** after Dealership owner **** Collins assured the ** had been thoroughly inspected and guaranteed there were no problems and if there were any problems bring the ** back to make it right. *** purchased the ** for ***** from All Season ** Dealership after guaranteed the ** was inspected and all was good, no problems. Upon finding many problems after buying the **, *** took the ** to ******************* for inspection. ******************* told *** not to pull the ** anymore due to frame damages/rust from flood damages and MANY serious issues with the ** exceeding $35000 in repairs needed due to flood damages, frozen pipes, bad appliances/AC, roof leaks, electrical problems, leaking sewage, hard-wired fire alarms disconnected, a wheel fell off the 1st/only time *** tried to take the ** out to use it and ******************* Technician pointed out intentionally hidden defects on the ** (such as painting rusted ** frame, replaced flooring, insulation cut out underneath to dry out the flood damages) All Season ** dealership now refuses all texts/calls and refused certified mail regarding this situation... in which now it is being brought to legal attention.*** was fraudulently scammed over $35,000 on a ** which is a total loss. The family owned and run ** dealership has refuses any correspondence regarding. ***'s home burned, he needed a place to stay and he never would have purchased a totaled ** for $35k needing over $35k in repairs which only one time he tried to use which was unsuccessful. *** att'd the contract for sale and summary of ******************* estimate for $35k repairs (because all pages will not fit).Initial Complaint

Our house burnt down on Dec 26 2022 we was completely homeless and had nothing 4 kids my husband and I.. We was staying in a motel that was only paid for 3 nights by ********* my husband was working every single day from 3 in the morning to 8 at night (oil field) so the kids and I was just kinda here and their I was looking and trying to find and do anything I could to get us a place to live and rest our heads and gets my kids comfortable again as they had just been through something tragic and had to escape the house we was in it while it was burning and all asleep ages 4 6 8 and **************************************************************************************************** smoke I came across All seasons Rv in Seminole ******** and the owner named **** seemed to be friendly I told him my situation and how desperate I was to find something for us to live in in the time being and needed to make sure it was big enough and of course electric water heating and ac fridge and everything worked. They showed me the 2015 sandpiper with 4 beds for my kids and very spacious. Showed me the slide outs worked and the ac kicked on And work of mouth everything was perfect and worked great and of course me desperate and happy to hear and trusting this business I said Id go to the bank and talk to my banker about getting a loan for it About an hour after I left **** the owner text me and said someone else was coming to buy the 5th wheel I was NEEDING AND OF COURSE I panicked because I needed it for my family. So he hurried that process And I got the rv and moved it out to where our burnt house was still smokingWe started to set it up and found all the pipes was busted had to spend a lot of money for new pipes for water and sewer Then the electricity part half of the outlets didnt work after hooking it up to electricity we called **** and he stated he only covered major components. We then had to run extension cords for electric heaters for us to stay warm cause this was the end of December it was freezing then it snowed and when all the snow started to melt we found the roof leaked in 3 places and in the master bedroom closet and ruined and caused mold on all of our stuff we received from donations clothes and shoes. The shower leaked as well on top of the central heat and air not working at all.. they wouldnt even give me th e keys to the rv.. I called and text my husband called and text just to get we only cover major components then when threatened with court he refused to help us period all in all this is awful and we are 30k in debt for a rv not even worth 10k please for the sake of my children and others to come get this place shut down they are fraudsInitial Complaint

bought a 27k luxary camper that was advertised as all components in working order and was completely lied to, all water lines and faucets were busted once we got it home and hooked up to water, only 3 plug-ins worked in the entire 2 bedroom 2 bathroom camper the roof had multiple BAD leaks that left us setting buckets everywhere any time it rained, the fridge didnt work, the ac units both blew hot air, The drain pipes undernieth were busted, never received keys and was giving a complete run around every time we contacted **** the owner. now were left paying on 27k note for something we cant even use or sell to anyone else, their website advertises LIGHTLY USED LUXARY RVS, for almost 30 grand we should be be able to pull into a camping spot and USE THE CAMPER AND THIS WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO REALITY. the water and electric and air conditioning are ESSENTIAL MAJOR COMPONENTS THAT ANYONE WOULD AGREE SHOULD BE FUNCTIONAL FOR A LIGHTLY USED CAMPER!!! this place needs to be shut down !!!Initial Complaint

In October 2022 I purchased a 2014 Drv 385RSS Traditions 5th wheel from All Seasons ** with them stating several times that all major components would be in working order at time of pick up. On 10-29-22 I paid a company to pick up the ** and move it to *************, OK. They were unable to hook the camper up to power to show us everything in working order. We had to hook jumper cables to the battery to be able to raise the jacks. Once we got to ************* and hooked the ** to power, the lights went dim and then wouldnt work. All of the fuses under the ** were blown. We replaced them. Here is a list of problems after that.AC and Heater throwing code and would not reset Fireplace would not work Black water tank with Hole in it (leaking raw sewage from previous owners)Water leaks all throughout underneath We could not continue with the water hooked up to be able to check the hot water heater or any other problems. I called on Monday and talked to **** Collins, the owner, and told him the problems we were having and asked if we could return the **. He said to let him make it right and he would send a mobile repair man. He was very rude and would not let me speak. Five days later i had not heard from him. I sent a text and he stated that everything was working fine when I left with it. When I went to gather my things from the ** due to being unable to stay in it, I crawled under it to tape up the underneath because a rat had been inside. The underbelly of the ** was completely cut open everywhere with insulation and wires hanging down. There had been deck screws screwed in and duct tape that was not holding. As i crawled out my arm touched the metal stairs and voltage went through my body. The ** is uninhabitable and the owner refuses to make it right.I have all paperwork showing that I did not sign the agreement stating that everything is in working order nor is the sales receipt even signed by myself.Initial Complaint

Date of purchase 4/19/22 in the amount of $17,400. Dealership promises high end campers that go through a checklist and are cleaned prior and inspected. We paid $1000 to have this camper picked up and delivered to ***** because my fianc works on the oil field. The camper came and was a complete mess and missing several items. The ceiling is molding water leaks through, the fender fell off right away, the plywood underneath is soaked and black, the roof jacks are cracked, skylights are busted, tv on the inside was broken, shower doors broken, and the camper had not been cleaned before. The checklist was not completed before like he states it will be. We have to file to insurance on a camper we just bought for a total loss and then the guy who owns the dealership blocked our calls.
