They had my SUV in their shop for transmission work. They had it for a month and could not fix the **** so in order for them to release my car I had to pay for the part they installed. It was $879.17. I ended up taking it to the *** dealership and they confirmed the part they put in did not work and had to reorder and install the exact same part. The *** dealership gave ** the part to prove that. Transmissions Plus now refuses to call us back so we are out of luck and needing help solving this. We need a refund for the part that they installed that did not work. Date was 2/23/2023 Amount $879.17Business response

we had the vehicle we had one in transmission control module
the customer we gave him a copy of the receipt we purchased that from. We charged him for the part and the fuel.
I gave him a copy of the invoice and part paid for part itself at costs

I am rejecting this response because: the part that they put in the car that we were charged for either did not work when they got it or they broke it. That is not right to charge for a part that did not work and did not fix the car.
