I booked an RV spot for 8-3-2023 through 8-6-2023 and paid a deposit of $***** received an email confirmation for order #***** on 7-19-2023. I booked with them with skepticism based on ****** reviews at the time. I reviewed the ****** Reviews again on Monday **** and they were worse. review after review states waiting multiple hours to bus to the river and then multiple hours to get a raft. in addition multiple reports of being overcharged, filthy unhealthy conditions in the bathrooms such as sewage in the bowls and on the floor. reports of people paying for a 6 mile and being dropped off only 3 miles upstream. I decided to cancel my reservation on ****-2023 and was told the computers were down and they could not cancel my reservation yet and that my ***** deposit would only be a credit for 18 months. I asked for a refund and I was told no refunds. I emailed the establishment today 8-1-2023 and asked for evidence of my cancelation. **** responded that my reservation was cancelled and that they would not refund me. I expressed my concerns with their reviews and that I had no desire to visit their establishment and put my family through the experiences listed almost daily on ****** Reviews. Their document does state no refunds credit only, but this is not communicated when a reservation is made only listed on the email conformation
