      We purchased a brand new 2022 Bentley Pontoon boat in July 2022. Within 2 weeks of having boat we noticed some pretty major issues. These issues were immediately communicated with Tulsa Boat. One of the major concerns is water coming in through the floor - deck failure. This is just one of multiple issues we have with the boat. Our boat has been in the shop since September. They have not reached out to us to communicate the issues. We have contacted them multiple times to check status of boat and NOTHING has yet to be done with the boat. They mentioned they are trying to rig it with deflectors but are having to weld them and make them work. The deck is already damaged. This will not fix the damage already done to the deck. We have requested they buy the boat back from us as defective/damaged. We have spoke with other boat dealers and this is not an unreasonable request. I havent even mentioned the multiple other issues with the brand new boat. It is a lemon! I can provide documentation directly from Tulsa Boat outlining the other multiple issues with the boat.

      I sent in a complaint today regarding Tulsa Boat Sales. However, there is a typo. The year should be 2023 NOT 2022 - purchased a 2023 Bentley in July 2023.

      This letter is in response to the complaint filed by *****************************. Mr. and ******************* did purchase a new 2023 Bentley 200 Navigator with a 2022 ************* and 2023 ************* trailer from us on July 14, 2023.


      ******************* contacted Tulsa Boat Sales sometime after the first of August regarding an issue with the flooring. Our service manager spoke to her and asked when she could bring the boat in so that our guys could look at it and file any warranty claims that *** need to be submitted. ******************* stated they wanted to keep using the boat throughout the summer and would bring it in after that.

      The boat was brought back to Tulsa Boat Sales on 9/23/2023. ******************* had a list of items besides the flooring that she wanted addressed, which ranged from checking all screws and fasteners to the trailer winch being bent and crooked. It was explained to her that it would be a month or so before the service department would be able to look over the boat to find out what would need to be submitted to the **************** ************************* and find out how they wanted us to proceed with any repairs they determined might need to be made. ******************* said that was not a problem because they would not be using the boat until spring, so we could take our time.


      At some point between 9/23/2023 and November 2, 2023, the claims were submitted to *******. After speaking with the Simpsons on several occasions and giving them updates and information received from Bentley, it became clear that no matter what we did,we could not satisfy *******************. On November 2, 2023, at approximately 11:00,our service manager called ****************** and gave him the contact information for Cpt. *******************, ************* Manager, Bentley Acquisitions, LLC. We continue to work with ******* to complete the warranty work on this vessel.  We strive to do everything possible to make our customers happy.  This is a warranty issue.  We have done and continue to do everything we can do to get the issue resolved. Unfortunately, ******************* has stated that the only thing that will make her happy is for the boat to be taken back, which we will not do.


      Please note that Tulsa Boat Sales is a warranty center for ****************. Bentley has an extensive limited warranty program on new pontoons. This includes the following reg****** the flooring issue:

      Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty: Bentley warrants to the original retail purchaser that the following items will be free from structural failure resulting from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal, non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. Warrantor will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any structural items which fail as a result of defects in material and/or workmanship, free of charge for materials and labor to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the product.

      Motor Pods (Damage Caused by failure to support the motor during transportation is excluded)
      Structural Crossmembers
      Structural Portion of Rails & Gates
      Plywood Decking
