We had our kitchen remodeled in 2022 and loved the work so much that we scheduled a return to paint and repair outside of our house for 2023. Again we were impressed with his work. Martell is so proficient and his expertise in all he does is outstanding. His professionalism and friendliness are hard to come by these days. He arrives on time each day and gives an accurate timeline of when the job will begin and end . We plan to have him do additional work in the future.Review from Donna K

Martel ******** is the right person for any of your remodels. I was so impressed by his company’s remodel of my main bathroom in 2007 that I didn’t bother to get competing bids for extensive remodeling he did for me 2022-3. Here’s the reasons: The experience he brings for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting or anything he has encountered in my old house. He usually showed me his progress each day and was always available for questions. He is very conscious of time in scheduling and staying on track. He shows up each weekday at 730 and usually is gone by 330. If there is any deviation he consults with the customer. The whole experience during remodeling (which can be trying) was excellent because of his professionalism. He’s respectful and listens to the customer. He makes sensible suggestions. His only workers he brings to the job are his son and brother. Or he works with a trusted company, Nations Kitchen and Bath.Review from Peggy K

You can love your home again! I have used Installations & Remodeling for several home improvements since 2006 and their quality work is second to none. Martel ******** is a perfectionist in his work and an honest business man. He does each job start to finish so you don't have to live with a half-finished job. He's remodeled my kitchen, both bathrooms, painted inside and outside and added lighting in my living room and kitchen. He replaced several doors which I know is not easy and added crown molding which adds a touch of class to my living room, dining room and entry. There is a wait for him to start, but it's well worth the wait knowing the job will be done right. He also cleans up each day so you're not left with a mess. You won't be disappointed with his work!

Review concerning Installations & Remodeling Inc. My kitchen remodel was completed on December 9, 2022. I am completely happy with the results! Martell is meticulous in his work. He is a pleasure to work with. Not only did he listen to my verbal communication, he also read my body language and addressed each issue. He is punctual. He was always here when he said he would be. The work area was cleaned up each day. His start date and end date were just as he estimated. I recommend him for any work you may need. We have already asked him back for an additional project. He also installed lighting, door painting, door lock replacement, weather stripping door, OTR microwave venting, bathroom fan venting to attic.
