We have been trying to contact someone from the Homeowners Association for at least a month with no luck. We have been charged special assessment charges with no explaination. and our Auto Draft is not working properly, and now we are recieving late charges on top of the charges that are in question. There seems to be no working number and no way of contacting anyone besides email, which has proved unsuccessful. NO responses.This is a propblem because we pay almost $300 a month per unit. (We own 3) and the property grounds are trashy and not well kept. which brings up the question "what are they doing with the *** payments that we pay every month?" We went by yesterday and one of our tenants was in the parking lot cleaning up trash herself. Very nice, but that should not be what the tenants have to do. That is another issue. The main issue is we cannot get a hold of anyone!Business response

I reached out and spoke with ****************. I explained everything and was able to retrieve her account information. We are currently working together to make sure her account is accurate.
