I purchased a EAA MAG GIRSAN MC1911 45ACP 8RD magazine from Tin Star Shooting web site on April 9, 2024 and my credit card has been charged for $40-51. I reached out to Tin Star Shooting via email several times asking for status but never heard back from them. I called their customer service but keep getting the voice mail saying to leave a message and I did. To date May 4, 2024, I still have not heard back from them. I want my money back if Tin Star Shooting will not fulfill my order.Business response

Letter was received in the mail today (5-29-24) but I was not able to "respond to this complaint" as the letter suggested.
This customer has been refunded while we continue our research on this issue.

I have been trying to contact this business for almost a week now after placing an order. No one answers the phone and the email response is a ridiculous automated message. I want to know where my order is or I want a refund. If I do not get a resolution Im reporting the charge to my credit card company as fraudulent!Initial Complaint

Purchased a SB TACTICAL SBT CZPDW01SB from Tin Star Shooting Range. Item was ordered on 11/13/2022. Emailed the company regarding tracking information and ETA. Never heard anything back from the company. Filed a dispute with credit card company. Tin Star then proceeded to email me a tracking number. I went online to track the package. Item has yet to be mailed. I contacted Tin Star via email and by phone informing them I do not wish to proceed with the purchase. They blocked my email and sent me a receipt stating all sales are final. The item has yet to arrive and will be refused upon delivery. I do not wish to do business with this company.Initial Complaint

I ordered a gun from this seller on Gunbroker. After purchasing the first gun I contacted him and requested to purchase another gun. The seller sent the wrong stock on the rifle. He will not make the transaction right. He is very rude and customer service is terrible. I ask him to send another stock to make the transaction correct and he has refused.Initial Complaint

Today is Feb 25th. I ordered a firearm from sellers BunBroker site on Feb 9. I cancelled order on Feb 15; and every day since the 15th. Feb 18th seller confirmed his receipt of my cancellations by responding "not gonna happen". Feb 22, after a whole week of receiving daily cancelation notices, seller shipped firearm to my FFL anyway. Firearm has not arrived to my FFL yet. I have not, and will not be accepting the firearm. The sellers GunBroker ad states noting against cancellations. Sellers ad states noting about any fees for cancellations. The sale was canceled a week before any type of shipping began. Seller still has not refunded all of my money.
