On May 14, 2022, I purchased three packages of the Liquid Einstein Brain Supplement. On May 15th, I attempted to cancel the order but was informed it could not be canceled as the order had been processed but could be returned. On May 23, 2022 I received the order and requested return instructions. I had to make multiple attempts for return instructions as per the return policy on their website. On June 9, 2022 I finally received a response on returning the unused portion of the order. On June 10, 2022 those items were sent via **** back to the ********* address. Those items were received on June 13 at the front desk and signed for by someone with the initials of CB. After 10 business days, I again attempted to contact this business in regards to the refund. I have made multiple attempts on contacting them to no avail. All I wish for is to be treated fairly and have the refund posted for the returned items. The order number was LE10975. As of this date, the refund has not posted.
