On September 7, 2022 I signed a loan agreement with the company for *********. I was honest stating I had been bankrupt in the past and had debt to clear. I was assured by my agent ***************************** that all was set to go as long as I paid an insurance payment of *******. On September 14th I e transferred the ******* and was assured that I would get the 15k in my account that day. The next September 15th the funds were not deposited. I contacted ***************************** who than found out there was an issue with my loan. Im starting to worry that I have been frauded and really need the money of ******* I sent as an insurance payment back because I only work in cash due to my disaturous credit mess to pay my debts and buy groceries. September 15th ***** supervisor ******** calls me - call starts out nice shes telling me the insurance company needs more $$ to cover my loan. I say I cant please send me back my *******. ******** informs me that this wont come back to me until 20 days read my contract. I repeat my request. ***** calls for follow up he calls his manager again. Than texts me back I should get my money back in 1-7 business days. Meanwhile Im still stuck for my $$ due to their error on the loan. September 16th I follow up with the manager ******** who is dismissive and says like I said yesterday I sent the refund request and to call me if you change your mind. Im now stuck for the $$. Stated address on my contract is ******************************************************. I would not recommend this company based on difficulty getting answers and the ease they have changing their minds with the lack of care to refund the client asap
