I retired from teaching and am trying to cancel an auto renew subscription but can't get the company to acknowledge or respond to my phone calls or emails. I have followed their instructions for cancellation but can't get the company to respond. Horrible customer service!Initial Complaint

I paid for a year of services on their website helpteaching.com. I paid $60 for a year, and they have not activated my subscription. They just took the money. All they have to do is press a button. I've waited a week and emailed them twice. This is outright theft.Initial Complaint

On September 15th, My subscription for helpteaching.com was automatically renewed for $60, however despite the payment processing successfully and being reflected on my account, my access was not renewed and showed as inactive preventing me from using the service as expected. Multiple tickets were opened, as well as additional follow up emails asking for an update. I have received no meaningful response for them to fix my account. They advertise a support staff, but I am beginning to doubt they are still employed there.Initial Complaint

I cancelled my "auto renewal" subscription through the actual helpteaching.com website in early December since I was no longer homeschooling. I was charged the renewal fee from Exam Papers Plus which is helpteaching.com's sister company. When I asked why they renewed the subscription after I cancelled it I was told I cancelled it with the wrong company. Why can a person sign up with one company and another company charge them the renewal fee and then refuse to refund it because you cancelled it with the wrong company (meaning the one you didn't know was their sister company).
