On 5/31/2024 we called All Day Towing to schedule a pick up time to get our sons motorcycle. We arrived at 4:45 at the ******** tow yard and the company told us the driver would be there in a few minutes. An hour later he had not arrived so we called again. The sign on the gate said we would have to pay an additional $47 after 6pm. The driver showed up at 6:01 and told us we needed to pay the after hours gate fee. He began yelling at my husband and I and threatened to leave us if we did not pay. I was able to get a hold of the dispatch person who I had on speaker phone that told the driver (the conversation was in Spanish even though both men spoke English) and the driver finally agreed not to charge us. Instead he began yelling at us to hurry up and told me not to talk to his wife (who was opening the gate for us) I asked his wife if I was being rude and she said absolutely not. Because I was very kind to her and explained we had been waiting an hour. The driver stayed in his truck while my husband and I struggled to move a very heavy motorcycle onto a trailer and this mans wife who he says is not an employee (but did all the work) stood in the sun and watched us struggle. I am a teacher and my husband is a police officer. We are kind people who patiently waited an hour and 15 min for a driver to arrive. To try and charge us one min past the after hours gate fee is bad business. To yell at us in an already stressful situation and then speak another language so we could not understand was also bad business. Foul language was used by the driver as well.Initial Complaint

All day towing is withholding christmas presents that were in my nephews vehicle at the time of tow which was towed on December 19th 2023. The manager was very rude and would not allow my nephew the driver who was hit by a ****** priest to get his children's gifts from his truck, in time for Christmas.
