I stayed at this business in July 5-6 of 2021 for a 1 night stay. I paid my entire balance at the time. On September 18, 2022, they charged me mysteriously for $64.50, even though I didn't stay at their location, nor was even in ******. I was back in ********** at my home. When I contacted them to ask them to credit me back, they refuse. The manager, *****, and ******** lead, ****, said that I've already been credited for that amount of $64.50 back in July of 2021. That is simply not the case. I've sent over screenshots and supporting documentation to show their unfounded claims. I've shown the payment I made for the 7 rooms I used back in July 5-6 of 2021, as well as another screenshot that shows the erroneous charge they made to my credit card in September of 2022. Please help me get my money back! Thank you!Business response
