Highlights of my email/order with said company.1. Ordered a custom made saddle 4/25/2021 2. Quoted 6 months to 1 year for completion 3. Company request a deposit of $200.00 to lock in 4. I sent in Check **** which was deposited 5/6/2021 (copy attached)5. Unable to product Saddle in quoted time (business had some personal issues)6. On 1/14/2022 I sent email to see where my order stood?7. 1/21/2022 I sent a 2nd email due to no response from 1st request 1/14/2022?8. 1/22/2022 Rebecca Saddles answered my email saying I was 8th on the list 9. 3/21/2022 I sent an email looking for an expected completion date?10. 3/21/2022 Rebecca's response was a personal & she questioned my experience with Alzheimer disease & for me to be patient along with the other 23 clients.11. 3/21/2022 I responded with my thoughts/prayers are with the Family & that I dealt with this with my Dad- terrible disease.12. 6/3/2022 I sent an email looking for see if they had started my saddle...if yes I would stick with them if not I requested my $200.00 deposit back.13. 6/3/3022 Rebecca saddle responded that I had been patient & she appreciated ******** would return my deposit.14. 6/14/2022 I got a text from the saddle companies cell # ************ @ 12:34AM EST about machines not working, her personal issues with ********** Alzheimer's and seemed to be asking me if I wanted the saddle? 15. 6/16/2022 I sent an email back stating I did not want her to text me I preferred to keep with the email string, then I asked her where's my deposit it has been 2 weeks? I confirmed I still wanted to cancel...I also text her saying I sent her an email and please refer to that.16. 6/26/2022 Rebecca sent me an email saying lots of stress, doctors etc. and I would get my money ************************** 6/28/2022 I sent her an email back, referred her back to all personal vs. business our conversations.17. 6/28/2022 I responded back to herBusiness response

I had problems with **** from the start.
I sent her refund 7-22-22 and it has been cashed.
I am sorry you had to do this, but the world is full with spoiled rich people that think you should have a saddle hand made, at the drop of a hat.

Better Business Bureau:
I want to thank you for your assistance with resolving this businesses practice I believe because of your interaction check #**** that was dated 7/25/2022 was written out (the date you sent them my complaint), however the envelope the check was in was post marked 8/4/2022 (image attached). The check was received to me & mobile deposited on 8/8/2022 so at this time it appears the check cleared so in reference to my complaint ID ******** this has been resolved. Once again thank you for your services.
