On May 6th I was notified that I took out $200 from ****.com. I did not take this out. I contacted them immediately and told them. They only use email or text. I they said they would escalate the issue. It is now may 13th I have contacted them everyday via email, text, and ******** and ***** has contacted me. They are set to Tage it out of my account on the 15th. If they take money from my account which I did not even take out it will cause my account to bounce causing me fees. Someone please help since they will not help me.Business response

My company is Dpsdave.com. This complaint is not against Dpsdave.com, it is referring to a transaction with davesaves.zendesk.com.

I understand your frustration. When your package arrived on Feb 2, we advised that the current que length was 30 weekdays,indicating that our ship commitment is March 16. I moved your ** in the que, as I am aware of your situation. Your order is complete but is stalled in the shipping room. Were suffering from supply chain and employee turnover problems on the outgoing end.
So how about this: I can (in addition to shipping as planned) upload to the cloud, and you can have the digital images now. Ill do this for free. Does that sound OK?

I did receive my product finally.... was short a thumb drive..only got one paid for two...other than that okay now.. ************... will you let them know about the thumb drive...thank you I really appreciate your helpBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: they didn't resolve anything said they didn't know who you were talking about. I am still waiting on one more thumb drive that I paid for and did not receive.

OK, I see the customer name now.
Initially, ******** was complaining about product delivery, and on March 3 we sent the letter below. There has been no response or communication directly with ******* from ******** since March 1. We have shipped her package, and the carrier indicates that it has been delivered. I don't think this complaint is valid, as the customer will not communicate with us.

I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive any communications from ***** - - - you are correct I did receive my package, however I paid for 2 thumbdrives and only received one, that's the only thing I'm asking for now. The rest of the package was acceptable and I've very happy to have received it. So if you could just send the other thumb drive, I'd be good then. Thank you for your time.
