I purchased a Red Sherpa Block Puffer off of the A/A website on February 1, 2024. The estimated time of arrival was less than a month at the time, and when I checked back a few weeks later, the website said that wait times have increased to 6-9 weeks. It has been over 5 months, far beyond this wait time and after attempting to email the company twice with no response, I just want my money back. I spent $335 on the jacket as a present for someone else, and it is ridiculous to have waited this long with zero communication back. My order is still described as "pending" in their system, but it should have been completed much earlier according to their website. The complete silence from this company is frustrating and I just want to resolve this as soon as possible.Business response

I purchased a coat from ***** Asunsolo on October 11, 2023. The purchase confirmation email I received said that shipping time was 4-5 weeks. Its now December 19th (10 weeks with no shipment). When I reached out to them on November 15th (6 week ****** they told me that I should know that shipping can take up to 9 weeks or longer, but that I could pay an additional $110 for express shipping. I declined express shipping, because they changed the shipping time without my knowledge. This person that I spoke to (***) also said that my item would ship shortly. On December 5th, I was sent a shipping number, but the item still hasnt been given to ***** I spent about $300 on this coat, including shipping, and now the customer service is being evasive and dishonest. I want my item delivered by the end of this week and before Christmas Eve.Business response

We ordered a jacket in the 19th of September with the business stating they had a turn around time of 4-6 wks, after 8 weeks we reached out to be told Thanks so much for reaching out and for your patience and support!We are a very small team and this our busiest time of year! Additionally, we have recently updated our patterns and construction so there has been a delay in our orders. However, we are working diligently to get all our orders out as soon as possible. We will have it out shortly and you will be receiving an automated email with your tracking information as soon as its shipped! . Again after another month we reached out to be told December 1 that I checked with our team and your order is currently being worked on and will be shipped out by the end of next week.. We still did not receive confirmations week later so sent another email December 15 and this morning Dec *********************************************** IG to be told Hello!We will have your order shipped this week!Appreciate your patience and support and sincerely apologize for inconvenience on the delay in your order! Honestly at this point I dont feel we will even receive the jacket and am unsure if this business is actually legitimate.Business response

I am rejecting this response because while a refund was issued it is unhelpful. We purchased a gift certificate for our daughter to use to pick out a jacket so the order has been refunded for $300 to the gift certificate which we no longer have and $15.25 to the credit card for the excess we paid above the original gift certificate. Now we are back to where we were before with no jacket and having to order another if we can even get access to the gift certificate and then wait possibly another 3 months. We would prefer a refund for the gift certificate instead to the original credit card payment.

After the 5 weeks had passed I reached out asking for an update and was told it could take 10 weeks now it has been 10 weeks with no shipment email or confirmation. On May 12, 2023 I placed an order online with ***** Asunsolo for a bikini top and bottom, totaling ****** USD. I received the shipment, however, they sent me the wrong size items. I contacted their team and requested that they send the correct items that I had paid for. Their team responded on July 10th, 2023 to assure me that they would re-send the order. I received notification that the second shipment was being prepared on July 17th. When I log into my customer profile on the ***** ********************** website, I can see the second tracking number (**************************) and the status is listed as fulfilled, however, it has now been five months since I made an order from ***** Asunsolo, and I still do not have the items that I ordered and paid for. Checking on status update for the second tracking number indicates there has been no update since July 17th when the shipping label was created. Furthermore, it is incredibly difficult to get a response from the ***** Asunsolo team about resolving mistakes with their shipping and products, as there is no customer service number and all complaints are address through email.Business response

On Feb.17th 2023 I ordered and paid for a coat from this company. The processing and shipping time was 4-5 weeks. I reached out after 8 weeks and was told over and over my coat would ship in a week, two weeks, they were under staffed and running behind on orders, they were moving locations. On December 19, 2022, I purchased a coat online at **************************************, order #****. I paid $265 and was told via email to expect shipment within 4-5 weeks since the garments are handmade.After 10 weeks with no shipment, in early March I emailed the company asking for an update. I received an email reply saying I could expect my order to ship the following week, by March 10th. A few weeks later I followed up via email again, but never received a reply.Now it's been nearly 5 months with no coat and no money refunded. The order status on their website says that shipment is pending (no tracking info available yet) and the company is not replying to my emails.
