The equipment malfunctioned to the point that my home was not armed despite the fact that the app on my phone was telling me that it was. I called several times for tech support and was told that no one could help me. They were not providing the agreed upon service. When I canceled my service after a month of reaching out for support with no reply, they charged me another $250 for canceling my service earlyBusiness response

The customers was in a term contract agreement for maintenance and they chose to cancel early. In cancelling early, they are responsible for the balance of that term contract they signed.
This was discussed with the customer at cancellation and the customer understood and agreed to pay the balance of the contractual agreement.
