I subscribed to MMT's market timing signal service on 4-14-22. I paid the company $600.00 for a 2 year subscription to their service. On 1-23-23 I replied to a timing email with comments and complaints. Since that email, I have been unable to log into my account and have received no further email signals. I tried resetting my password with no luck and have attempted contact with the company via email with no response. They do not have a contact phone number.Since my subscription has been voided, I am requesting a prorated refund for 14 months which is $350.00.Thank you,***********************Business response
