One unit inside did not work, was quoted less than $1,800. to make sure system was working, everything worked except one unit. Missed appointment, threaten a lien on my property even before I got a bill or was told they were done. Billed $1,930. and still have one unit not working.Bad communication, Missed appointment and didn't fix it, After 30 years in *********** and property management this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.Business response

************ contracted us to connect an existing Mr. **** mini-split indoor unit, to an existing Mr.**** outdoor unit. The system already had two Mr. **** indoor units connected, and functioning. We provided these services, but unfortunately found that the indoor unit had a leak in it that would have caused the entire system to lose it's refrigerant charge, and not function. We shut off the refrigerant valves to the newly connected, but existing indoor unit to stop the leak. Due to the leak, the unit would not function without replacement or repair. We informed ************ of this, and he was not satisfied with the outcome. We unfortunately were not able to continue providing services without first collecting for the services we had already provided.
To this point, we have completed the work ************ contracted us to do, only unable to make the system work due to defective equipment. We apologize that the project did not go as planned, but it was completed as requested.

Everything worked with the system except one unit which was already installed. The $1800. price which I was assured it would be less and ended up being more. I got nothing, the same unit doesn't work and the other units still work. I gained nothing. they told me they would getting it working and did not. then before I was even aware they were done they let a voice mail threatening me with a lien and lawsuit even though I never saw a bill or heard from them. They claimed they had the wrong email and phone number. They were late and no show on an appointment. Just criminals in my mind
