    Pattern of Complaint:

On January 25, 2024, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding billing and collections, customer service, and refund/exchange issues. Consumers allege they are being charged for a monthly subscription with Vibeworx that they are unaware they were signed up for and cannot reach anyone at Vibeworx to cancel and/or get a refund.

On February 2, 2024, BBB notified Vibeworx of the complaint pattern. To date, Vibeworx has not responded to BBB’s request to address the pattern.

This company started charging a monthly fee to my checking account by fraudulently getting a hold of my banking information. It was barely worth the time to argue at first because it was $20/month, but now it's been years and it's up to $79.99/month. I have no idea what company this is, or what they claim to be providing. No one responds to any sort of communication, and they don't make contact information available. I'm forced to change my business bank account, and that's an undertaking I should not be forced to do.There should be a refund, an explanation of charges, and they need to stop billing me. I don't know what I would do if they charged a higher amount.

VIBEWORX has been charging our business on the first of the month for $49.95 and we never gave them our bank account information. They won't reach out to us. We have reached out to them and there's been no response. We have contacted our bank to help fix the issue on our end. We have noticed so many of the same complaints, this is obviously a fraudulent business and needs to be shut down.

I run a small family owned *************** The charge to our account went unnoticed for over a year. No contact number on Web site, only a generic contact us form to submit that they never respond to. No idea what the charge of $49.95 is for. Never signed up for any services with Vibeworx. Not receiving any known service from the company. Not sure how they got our bank account information. Now on our most recent bank statement (Feb 2024) the charge jumped to $79.95.

Vibeworx began ACH withdrawals on a business checking account of $49.95/**. This went unnoticed for some months, but when I realized we had no clue what this company was charging for I found their website online and emailed several times, stating that we never agreed to any services from their company and want a refund, and for these withdrawals to stop immediately. There was no other way to contact this company (phone/chat), online an email form on their website. Finally went to my bank and had to pay to put a stop payment to this vendor on my account. Researched and found out we'd been charged 24 times! I want my money back, but I also want this business shut down so no one else is taken care of.

I am a small business owner in ****************. i happened to look at my bank account and find random charges in the amount of $***** from a company by the name VIBEWORX. I have never heard of this organization. I googled the company name and came to the Better Business Bureau site, noting all the complaints. I called my bank and filed a claim for fraudulent charges. This was October that the charge happened and I found it the very first of November then two days later another charge went through for the same amount ***** filed another claim with my bank. Then here comes December 1 ***** was withdrawn again! I could not believe that my bank did not put a block on this organization prior to this moment. They have now. I dont understand how they are allowed to do this again and again, and again to people given the multiple complaints that I have read. Why have they not been legally stopped? What can I do? I do got a new credit card processing company and now I have to go review all my documentation with them as that is the only common denominator I can see between all of us filing complaints. now my bank has told me the only thing they can suggest is for me to close my bank account that my business has had for 15 years without a single charge back and never any fraudulent activity and open another one. Why should I be the one to suffer on behalf of a low down scamming bottom of ****************. I am not, including an amount paid because I did not pay them any money voluntarily they stole $150.

For the past year, my bank account has been charged $49.95 by VIBEWORX LLC CORP COLL every single month. I never signed up for this business and I don't know how they got my account number to charge me. I tried 2x to cancel which the only way to speak to someone is through their provided e-mail (which I think is bogus) that no one responds to. I can't seem to get my bank to stop it either. I already closed my account once and re-opened another one as it was compromised and it was a hassle. Seems as though this company is scamming people and needs to be stopped immediately as I'm not the only person going thru this.
