On November 6th, 2022, I got in an accident and my vehicle was towed to Hillsboro Towing Services. I retrieved the vehicle on December 1st, 2022, and found that parts of my vehicle has been stolen. I reached out to them and provided proof that it was stolen in their facility. I provided pictures of the vehicle from the accident scene showing the parts present and intact before they took my vehicle, and pictures of the vehicle while on the tow truck that retrieved it from their facility showing the parts missing. They denied that it cannot have been stolen at their facility because they have 24-hour monitoring cameras. I requested them to show me pictures/videos of my vehicle entering/exiting their facility to collaborate with their claim that the parts were not stolen by them. They instead started stalling and came back to say they would send someone to come and inspect the vehicle on my property. Clear waste of resources and stalling. I patiently followed their game and gave them my address. They inspected it and offered to order a replacement part yet did not acknowledge that my vehicle was vandalized in their facility and the actions they plan to take to prevent such in the future. Offered no apology. So, I declined the cover-up offer and requested them to investigate what happened and let me know what actions they would be taking on the individual that vandalized my vehicle and other actions they would set in place to prevent such vandalism on other peoples vehicles. They came back denying it was not vandalized in their facility. I asked for the proof of my vehicle entering/exiting their facility again to collaborate with their claim, but they refused to provide it and said they are offering to order the missing part. I gave them multiple chances to resolve this amicably and take action to ensure other peoples vehicles dont get vandalized like mine, but they continue to cover it up without showing any proof regardless of all the proof I shared with them.
