My name is *******************, and I am a resident of **********. I stayed at the Lincoln Sands Oceanfront Resort (Lincoln Sands) in Lincoln City, ****** from August 22 to August 25, 2023, leaving Saturday 26th. I am writing concerning an excess billing issue occurring upon the departure where believed to be an illegal activity/practice. Moreover, the events raise a deep disturbing concern of a corrupt practice by the managers at the property endorsed by its parent company Lincoln **************** (***). (Background information of *** is as follow: located at ************************************************************************; phone number **************; email address: lamhotels.com.) Due to the length of my write-up detailing the events (I thought I could use ***** words, not characters), I am attaching the document as well as the supporting referenced documents. I do believe all the information in the primary document for a complete understanding of the disputed issue, and apparent practice.Business response

I sincerely apologize for all frustration **************** has experienced in dealing with our on-property team. We have taken action to prevent this issue from happening again. A full refund for ******************** stay at our hotel. A private email has been sent to **************** showing the refund to his Credit Card.
