It was late in July I first applied for admission for both of my kids. I paid the $100 fee on the application, $50 for each child. between the school and me, it took the whole month of August to process the admission. When we visited the school for the kids to be interviewed, they said my daughter was underage and they did not have a pre-school for her, as such they were going to refund me her own application fee through the ***** school payment system. The school was to resume on the 5th of September, but I had not heard back from the previous house I had applied to. The school had emailed me enquiring about the completion of my child's enrollment but I could not complete it because I had not finished the proceeding with the Greystar apartment. When I spoke to the school's office manager that I had this challenge, she revoked my child's admission. I quietly accepted it. It was their school and I had not committed the fees yet. I would find **************** for my children. However, I had an outstanding $50 they owed me from my daughter's application, I emailed the office manager concerning this, but I barely received a reply, I called in on the next working day 9.17.23 when she realized I was the one the other end, she brushed me off again saying they had just gotten to work that morning and were just trying to get started. It is a whole week later I still have not received a reply from them, not the refund I had asked for. I am wondering if it were someone else, would they be treated this badly? I even forget how badly I am being treated what about the refund that is due me? i am not even asking for too much.
