Tried to contact the firm this afternoon regarding an old debt. Twice I tried to speak to their staff and you can barely understand what they are saying due to their broken English and heavy accents. Why isnt there someone speaking English. As a senior citizen it difficult enough to hear let alone someone you are unable to understand. You dont make it easy to resolve the issue, nor give any incentive to do so when you cannot get anywhere with the receptionist.Review from Sarah G

For a company that tries so hard to get paid, they make it very hard to get paid! First, they send someone to your front door to give you a forged legal document, this only gives you ten days before they actually file with the courts. Their website refers you to their phone number, the phone number refers you to their website. If you call nobody answers. You have the option to have them call you back, which only takes you back to the main menu. Or you can leave a message. Either way nobody returns your phone call. The website e-mail sends an automated failure notice.So, the only way to make a payment is to maybe, possibly, perhaps go directly to their office, which I wouldn't do if I was in their line of work. But I can't do that because I live three hours away. Or you can send a check snail mail. Good luck!Review from Lisa T

About to be garnished by these folks for a judgement I wasn't aware of from 2017?!. Please show proof of service to me I would love to see it. A person should be made aware they have a court date to appear at, shouldn't they? Requesting validation of the debt you say I owe and didn't bother to serve me.Review from Brandon R

I have had the exact experience as a similar reviewer below named ****. I took the appropriate steps but this company decided to try and strong arm me like modern day mobsters or loan sharks! These types of actions by a so called business ought to be banned and criminalized. I feel sorry for your employees who have to put up with this type of poor management. This company is full of shit! They take weeks to process a payment, which is allowing my company to continuously garnish my wages, because Johnson Mark LLC refused to send an updated letter stating that my account was paid off in full! They wanted to charge me to send my employer a letter, that was told to me by one of the managers. I now have to wait 30 days for close to ****** that they over took from me!Review from Matthew D

I did not hear anything regarding a debt. I never received any sort of paperwork, phone call, email. They garnish my bank account regarding something that I have no idea. If they wouldve called me I wouldve paid them in full new one I wouldve made pain arrangements. This company is an absolute disgrace because I had no idea what was going on.Review from Penelope B

My daughter made an areangement over the phone to pay off her debt starting this September. The woman said she would email her the arrangement but never has. 3 weeks later she was given a **** with slapped on court fees to pay it all or they will take action even though she made an arrangement. She emailed the address on the letter with no response. She called them today. At first it was hard for her to get anyone to speak to her about an arrangement. They dont reply to emails. Billing/Collection from Johnson Mark, LLC I received a notice from our local court that Johnson Mark, LLC has filed a case against me through LVNV Funding, LLC for an unpaid debt. The court documents encouraged me to reach out to Johnson Mark, LLC and try to settle the debt $750 out of court. I reached out several times with no response. I was also required to file my response to this with the courts, I did just that. About four weeks later Johnson Mark, LLC sent me a letter asking me to pay the entire amount in full and no options of working with me. Plus I received a document, that looked like it was from the courts, giving me until April 29, 2022 to respond. There were a few things suspicious about these "court documents". In the meantime, as I was waiting to respond, by April 29th I received another "court document" dated April 14th, saying a judgement had been placed for the entire debt amount. Again, this document was very suspicious as it didn't have the proper court time stamp, judges seal and signature, and was definitely not from the actual court. I took these documents to the court clerk and they verified the documents were NOT from the court. It appears Johnson Mark, LLC just draws up documents, that look legit from the courts, to scare you into paying. They have their own stamps, that are court related, to put on their documents they send you. The court clerk verified that no judgement had been placed against me. Please be skeptical of ANY/ALL documents you get from this company. If you're not familiar with what official court documents should look like, please take them to your local court and have them verified. The original documents I received were legit, but all the other "court documents" I've received from Johnson Mark, LLC have not been through the court system. They refuse to work with you and I would NEVER give them my credit card number to pay this debt. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DON'T LET THEM BULLY YOU!!
