DECEPTIVE IMAGES, MISADVERTISING. ************************** Double Finger Rings" looks NOTHING like the image presented on the website, it's blobby and chunky and poorly made. Where there are delicate vines and flowers on their ad, there are actually just blobs; where there's a glittery stream on the ad, there are actually big rhinestones that are on the verge of falling out. Company will only refund if I pay shipping back to *****, which is about 3/4ths of the potential refund. Having to work with ****** to resolve this now.Review from ilbr i

I purchased 2 items from the this website. One I kept and the other was something my 5 year old could make which was a sweatshirt. It was so poorly made that I requested a return. Instead of returning it to a location in ***************** (which is where they shipped it from originally), they gave me some address in ***** where they originally purchased the item from instead returning to them, the actual seller. That would not only make the shipping price go up but you would have to go through customs as well. If I knew I would be shipping back to a different country I would have never purchased anything from a company like this. Had such a hard time getting through to them that I had to call my credit card company to cancel the transaction for a refund. The total purchase of the item cost about $60, to return the item would cost about that much as well, as long as it doesnt get lost in the mail return process. Dont waste your money. Make sure you read the return policy. Very manipulative terms to take advantage of the buyer and not a company that is truly forthcoming in the definition, detail and explanation prior to your return.Review from Vikki B

I haven't received my order after 3 weeks so i will be calling the bank to reverse charges thid week. Too bad because their merchandise is good, but customer service STINKS.Review from Kim C

Wyvern's Hoard is a horrible company, I can't even tell if they are a real company or not. My order appears to be lost in shipment (is 17Track even a real company???), over a month now, email responses appear to be AI, won't answer their phone. Their website's stated refund policy is to reship orders lost in transit, then if the 2nd shipment is also lost, to refund purchase price. Despite repeated requests, they haven't re-shipped my order, keep telling me "order shipped, track here", it's the original tracking. Also told me to ask ***** but **** says they never received the package. I've been trying to reach a live person, no luck. This company is either 100% fraudulent, or has the worst customer service EVER.Review from Eli H

This is a fraud company! I emailed multiple times to ask where my order was and nothing was sent back. No tracking number and when I called the number on their website and the message said that there are no support people to help you right now and to send an email. Thats when I hung up and reached out to my bank and claim them as a fraud company!
