************* is an adult entertainment business catering to the carnal needs we all have. This is not related to my complaint because this is a healthy thing. What is unhealthy is the incessant harassment the employees accost you with the moment you arent shoving money into their video machines. They are convinced that this is acceptable behavior for a business, and acceptable behavior towards someone who has been supporting this business over 25 years. The clerks and janitorial simpletons who work here exist solely to micromanage since they lack control in their own lives. Their eyes are glued to the arcade cameras 95% of their shift so they can scrutinize and harass every customer whose booth light turns red and if they dont receive the response they expect within 20 seconds of the light turning red, they begin threatening and belittling the customer. Let me just say that CASINOS DONT EVEN REQUIRE CUSTOMERS TO FEED SLOT MACHINES EVERY SECOND THE CUSTOMER IS IN THE BUILDING! To assume they have this type of upper exhelon nonsense right is delusional and frankly insulting. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars sliding money into their machines and they need to stop. They are beyond condescending and combative, mixed with obsessive, compulsive, pedantic and at times abrasive and abusive. I have NEVER seen a business that is still in business treat their paying customers with such disdain and malice. I have also never seen a business legally get away with such audacious and arrogant notions that in order to spend money in this establishment, you need feed their machines $1-$20 bills as frequently as they find a new way to micromanage clientele. But seriously, how is a business allowed to verbally harass customers and threaten them if they dont constantly shove money into some machine they program to devour $1 in less than a minute, and it is constantly being reconfigured to drain funds even faster. 25 years of patronage and this is my thanks?? NO THANKS!

************* is an Adult Entertainment Business operating in southeast ******** since 1981.

Part of the store is devoted to an arcade area where patrons can watch adult movies for a fee and interact with other customers.  The Arcade is a series of rooms in our stores where customers can watch any movie of their choosing from a selection of nearly **** titles available in each room for their viewing pleasure in private.

The arcade rooms have bill acceptors located in every room that accept $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills.

Each dollar bill allows for about 4 minutes of viewing time.  Bonus time given for $5 bills or higher inserted into the bill acceptor.

The rooms must be kept operating while occupied.  This is clearly posted in each arcade room and is considered a 'Term Of Use'.

Some rooms have special features as noted on signs clearly posted on their doors.  Special features include Glory Holes or ****** Rooms.

Also posted for notice in our hallways is a sign that reads:  NO LOITERING, which is also a 'Term Of Use' for the arcade area.

Any patrons who do not abide by the 'Terms Of Use' will be asked kindly to comply or to move on.  Any patron or customer who continually violates our 'Terms Of Use' will be asked to not return to our establishment.

Our stores are private property and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone the law allows.  This is also posted at the front counter area of the store.

Management will not tolerate any slanderous harassment directed toward our staff or business entity.  We are a legitimate, legal business in ******, operating since 1981.
