On or about 05/11/2024 inquired about seeing a vehicle they had for sale. Met with a salesperson at the dealership and saw the vehicle. Did not agree to the sale of the vehicle viewed and left the dealership. I never applied for credit, I refused to apply for credit with them. I never provided my personal information, never filled out an application for credit. Did not sign anything. Did not provide my date of birth nor my social security number and did not authorize ANYTHING. On 06/17/2024 received a letter dated 06/01/2024 informing me of a denial of a credit application with them, stating they received information from my credit report with Equifax.

Purchased a car from Roger Kehdi Mitsubishi on July 23, 2023. Was told that no trip permit was required because the tags on the vehicle were still valid (May ****). Was told title and registration would come in the mail within 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and nothing arrived. Called for weeks trying to get in touch with someone who could give information about title and registration. Finally talked to someone the week of September 18 who sent a temporary registration notice that showed that the paperwork had not been filed until August 5, 2023. Said the issue was incorrect mileage but no one had contacted us to determine the correct mileage. Still have not received the title and registration and no one is ever available to answer questions about where the title and registration are.

I truly appreciate your patience and understand the level of frustration this situation may have caused. Our customers are the heart of our business, and it's essential for us to ensure your complete satisfaction.

To provide some clarity on the sequence of events: We initially believed the paperwork for your vehicle's title and registration was submitted in a timely manner. However, we were unaware of any discrepancies until August 24, 2023. This delay stemmed from a typo on the *** paperwork when the vehicle you purchased was taken in trade. While the paperwork you signed for the purchase was correct, the error in the initial paperwork required corrections. To complicate matters, obtaining the corrected signature from the previous owner was required which further extended the timeframe. I assure you that, as of today, October 24, 2023, the necessary corrections have been made and the paperwork has been resubmitted to the ***.

However, the lapse in communication on our end is not reflective of the standards of customer service and transparency we strive for. I've recently joined the team at Roger Kehdi Mitsubishi and am wholly committed to ensuring that such oversights do not occur in the future.

      Here's our commitment to you:

Open Communication: We will establish a direct line of communication, ensuring you are consistently updated. Please contact me directly at ************* Saturday - Wednesday or any time by email *********************************** for any concerns, and I promise a prompt response.

Regular *** Updates: We'll keep you in the loop regarding the status of your title and registration. Although the *** processing time is beyond our direct control, we will do our utmost to facilitate a quick resolution.

Service Voucher: To express our genuine appreciation for your understanding and as a gesture of goodwill, we'd like to extend a complimentary service voucher for your next vehicle oil change and check-up.

While we deeply regret the inconvenience you've faced, we are using this experience as a stepping stone to refine our processes and enhance our customer interactions. Thank you for your business and allowing us the opportunity to address this matter and ensure a positive resolution.

      Warm regards,

      ******************,
      Sales Manager

I am rejecting this response because:

I have been informed 3 different times (at purchase, during the week of September 18, and on October 12) that the correct paperwork would be or had been submitted to the *** for processing. I will consider this dispute closed when I actually receive the correct title and registration from the ***, which will most likely be outside of this 7 day window if it does in fact happen. I accepted at face value on 3 occasions that your organization had submitted the paperwork to the *** in order to process title and registration. If I accept this attestation this time and find out it still has not happened, the dispute will have been resolved without receiving the required paperwork.

The business did not respond and we still do not have any documents that show we legally own the vehicle. It has been almost 4 months since the purchase of the vehicle. What recourse besides legal action do we have? This has cost over a month in time and we still dont have the documents we requested.

Hello, I wanted to let you know we received notification from the *** that your vehicle has been registered and the title was dated for 11/17/2023 and you should be receiving it soon if you have not already.

I bought a vehicle (2018 Mitsubishi Outlander) in February of 2023. After purchasing the vehicle it was found that they did not collect all necessary paperwork at the time of the sale and that there was a a small repair that needed to be made. They graciously agreed to the repair for free (thanks) and I drove back to do the paperwork. After completing the paperwork I was assured that they would submit my paperwork and that the license plates would come in the mail. Several weeks later I got a call for them explaining that I needed to get the *** emissions inspection immediately. Unfortunately, I was traveling for work and unable to do it that day. They ended up submitting my paperwork without it. Further delaying the license plates. I got the *** done next week and had to drive 45 minutes to give it to them in person. Fast forward to May of 2023, my temporary tags expired, I have the business several calls. For each call I was told I would be transferred to the appropriate person, but the phone would just ring and not be picked up. After some time, I finally got someone on the line and they had told me that it was my fault (it was not) that I didnt get the *** done. That my paperwork had just been re-submitted and I would get plates in a month. So I went to the *** and got a temporary rage (with 2 hours and $30 of my own resources). Fast forward to a month later, the temporary tag is expired again, i call again, am transferred again, and dont get an answer again. I just want to know when I can get my new plates so I can drive on the road legally. This has been a 4 month saga including hours of driving back and forth with paperwork, calls not being answered, or not returned. And my driving with expired tags for several months. And its frustrating.

I purchased a vehicle at Roger Kehdi in ******. Shortly after I took the car in for a repair. I signed the Repair Order thinking it was nothing other than a simple order. While my car was in their custody and control it was vandalized and sustained serious damage. I am a disabled senior citizen and I feel that the disclaimer on the ** was not pointed out to me and I missed it. Now I have a ******* deductible and no way to pay this huge unexpected cost. I feel like the dealership should do the right thing and cover the deductible. I feel that I was completely deceived with the ** and that this is just wrong. I am hoping you can help me. The Sales Manager said if I buy a new car they would give me credit on the purchase.Respectfully ***************************
