this is a site where you can contact organizations to report unethical or illegal actions that have been done, patient complaints, etc. It states that someone will reach out about the issue within 2-3 business days. It has been weeks and I have 6 cases that are open and have not been addressed. Some of these concerns involve federal and state law violations. The cases are: ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************. It is clear this business and website are just scams. It reports that they are here for people to report concerns and that they are taken seriously, YET, I am reporting state and federal law violations and I also state I have PROOF and still not contacted. When I called EthicsPoint to ask about this, they say they are just the middle man and they have nothing to do with anything. Again, this is a scam. Do NOT act like you are monitoring anything when all you are doing is being a front for organizations to appear they are addressing patient complaints, retaliation, unethical and illegal behaviors, etc. when in fact, you have nothing to do with it and only give them a space to make it appear they are being monitored, when in fact they are not and all you do is relay info back and forth. You have on your website that a response will be given within 2-3 days. This has NOT happened and I want responses to my concerns and to know why I have not gotten those responses.Business response

As for the complaint ******************** is lodging with the BBB, it seems her complaint is with the companies against which shes filed complaints and not NAVEX (and its hotline service, formerly known as EthicsPoint). As shes obviously been told before, NAVEXs role is to take complaints on our EthicsPoint hotlines and based on a customers instructions, forward such complaints to the appropriate persons/departments within the recipient company for review and, if appropriate, action. That is NAVEXs function and we do it incredibly well, providing such services to more than 90 of the Fortune 100. NAVEX does not monitor the recipients responses or resolutions to such complaints.
We would encourage ******************** to follow up with the appropriate individual within whichever company shes filed the complaints to understand their statuses.
