On the 24th of December 2021, I made a deal with All American Moving to move my furniture from *****, ******** to *****, *******. The deal was to pay $500 in advance and $600 when they came to pick my stuff up, and $600 when they delivered it. They told me that the delivery date would be on January 4, but after that, I moved already, and I discovered that they were a broker company that hired another company named ***** ******************************** (their phone is **************). When it was time to pick up my furniture, they added $200 extra to the charge because the square foot was more than I said it was, and I let my friend handle the pick-up because I had already moved to ***** at that point. I agreed to pay the extra $200 and they let my friend sign a paper that she didn't know about, and I discovered later that it was the contract that they made her sign. When I asked for my contract, each time they delayed it and said they were busy and would send it by e-mail, but nothing happened. They kept lying about the delivery date each time, and I have several emails and phone records from them that list different dates that they would deliver on. One of the workers for this company called me and made me pay an extra $850 because they didn't count it right and there were more square feet than they initially counted. I asked for proof and she said she would send it, but she never did. On the delivery date on January 31st, she told me that the remaining cost is $950, but when, they refused to open the truck and unload my furniture until I paid $1450. and they refused to hook my furniture back together as I dealt with the lady over the phone, and in the deal, They forced me to sign a contract first before I unloaded as well, and refused to give me a copy of this contract. I discovered that half of my furniture wasn't even in the truck, and all the furniture that they actually delivered was damaged THR COST FOR MISSING AND BROKE FURNITURES AROUND $10000Business response

How does this complaint have anything to do with All America Moving in ************? It says Sunny's Moving, and Storage and I do not have any affiliation with other moving companies.
