I would give this a much higher rating if it were just about the spa service received and the products, which are great. What I don't like these last couple of times visiting are some of the front desk staff. If you use a nickname for your first name (which many people have, and which I have done before here), that gets called "illegal" and you're somehow illegal. I'm not sure what that's about. This last time I got a woman named "****" that haggled me out of my email address, which I normally do not provide because I don't need an email reminder and don't want to be signed up for anything. She kept insisting, incorrectly, that I wouldn't be signed up for anything. Well, of course I check my email and I'm auto-subscribed to a newsletter, etc. All of which I had to opt out of. I get to the ******************* office yesterday and for some reason I haven't been in their system, but they do know that I have an appointment. The services I was supposed to get were scheduled out of order. I learned that "****" does facials and isn't usually at the desk. If that is the case, then she should err on the side of caution and not guarantee over the phone something that is not true as a way to get information that isn't needed. The manager, **** is supposed to be contacting me back but I so far I haven't gotten a call. I was told there are a number of new people there, and so I think that maybe they should be trained in the same fashion that staff had been trained before. I've only noticed this lack of proper customer service, and perhaps inability to use their system properly, in these last couple of visits. Hopefully, the manager can resolve this.
